This page will cover coffee makers of various types.
Summary
Coffee makers can often be fixed.
Safety
- As with all mains electrical devices, dangerous voltages may be exposed when opened.
Introduction
Coffee makers come in 3 separate types:
- Filter coffee makers
- Those using capsules or pods
- Espresso machines, similar to those in cafés and coffee bars.
Key point: descale with citric acid, not more agressive descalers.
