Learning Paths

What this is

This is a starting point for a Learning Path "Electronics Repair"

The audience for this page is anyone interested in learning more about Electronics Repair.

The aim here is to curate information that readers can use to learn more about how to repair, in an organized development path from general foundation information to very specific information.

Of course this is a massive/infinite topic and this content will never be "finished" - but if we can collect information primarily as links to resources on our wiki and to external resources, and develop it over time, this should grow more useful.

Resources could be wiki pages, recordings of events, external links to documents/events/web pages, ...

What this isn't

  • Finished/complete/exhaustive
  • A tracking system - you can complete steps however you wish, and you are not monitored/measured in any way

Overview - what is a learning path?

In real life a path is a human-friendly way from point A to point B that you can walk at your own pace. Paths often have break points and signposts.

A Learning Path aims to help you transition from novice repairer to some higher level of experience. The path points you at information you cna use to learn about repair which you can progress through at your own pace. Also the whole path is visible so you can jump to specific topics depending on your interest or needs.

There's some information about learning paths [1]
